Wilshire
Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. has an opening for a female at the Wilshire house located in NW Rochester. Wilshire is a rambler-style home with a full basement; the opening is on the upper level. There is one other woman that resides on that level and two on the lower level of the home. The ages of the women in the home range from 24 years old to 38 years old. The upper level consists of a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and sun room off the dining room. There is a deck off the sunroom that leads to a lower level patio and garden. The lower level features a full bathroom, laundry room, living room with walkout patio, and 2 bedrooms. The women work during the weekdays, and in the evenings and weekends they enjoy a variety of activities such as community ed, movies, crafts, walks etc.

Valley Crest
Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. has an opening for a male at the Valley Crest house located in Spring Valley, MN. Valley Crest is a two-level home with an unfinished basement. The opening is located on the upper level. The main level features a full bathroom with tub only, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms. There is 1 flight of steps to get to the upper level. The upper level consists of a living room, full bathroom, laundry room, staff office and 2 bedrooms. The ages of the men in the home range from 22 years old to 42 years old. In the evenings and weekends, they enjoy a variety of activities such as movies, crafts, baking, walks and getting outdoors, watching game shows, wrestling, and sports.

Indian Heights
Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. has an opening for a male or female at the Indian Heights house. Indian Heights is a split-level home located in NW Rochester. The opening is located in the lower level. There is a flight of stairs to get into the upper level as well as the lower level of the home. There is also access to the lower level from the garage. There are two men that reside on the upper level of the home and a young woman that lives in an apartment attached to the home. The ages of the clients range from 42 years old to 48 years old. The upper level consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, office and 2 bedrooms. The lower level features a full bathroom, living room, 1 bedroom and laundry room. The bathroom, bedroom and living room are separated from the house by a separate access door. The clients work, do activities or have day program throughout the day and evenings and weekends, they enjoy a variety of activities such as movies, games, walks, going for van rides, or community education.

Chestnut
We have an opening in our Chestnut program. It is located near the heart of downtown Winona.
It is a unique program, each area has a bedroom, bathroom and living room. There is a large backyard with a basketball hoop and firepit.
Currently, there is a male in his 30’s and female in her 50’s that reside in the house. They have work programs during the day hours. This program is staffed from 2:30 pm- 10 pm during the week and 8a-10p on weekends. There is a sleep staff for the night shifts from 10p-8a. Staffing is flexible due to individual needs.
The individuals enjoy walks, crafts and getting out in the Winona community.
