Cardinal of Minnesota has been honored for the 9th time with the

The When Work Works Award winners of 2018 are from 35 different states and the District of Columbia. They represent a variety of industries ranging from technology to manufacturing to finance to health care that are excelling at offering a variety of top-rated employee initiatives. In applying for the award, Cardinal of Minnesota was evaluated on factors associated with employee health, well-being and engagement: opportunities for learning; a culture of trust; work-life fit; supervisor support for work success; autonomy; and satisfaction with earnings, benefits and opportunities for advancement. Six companies from Minnesota were recognized.
