In September 2022, a group of Residential Supervisors (RSs) and other leaders participated in
our annual three-day RS retreat, held in Wabasha at the Big River Resort. The theme was
‘Stranger Things’ and we had a blast! The three teams participated in a variety of team building
and strength-based leadership activities. Each team created a ‘themed’ poster and entertained us
with a skit revolving around the core values. We had a lot of fun getting to know one another
and can’t wait for next year!
