* Take appropriate precautions; only engage in transactions and provide the contact information you are comfortable sharing. Cardinal bears no responsibility for transactions between employees.
* Employees are NOT allowed to buy from, sell to, or receive a gift from clients on this platform (Gifts from Clients Policy).
* No Cardinal property can be sold or given away to employees on the Marketplace. These transactions should take place outside of the Marketplace and only with prior supervisor approval.
* All house-to-house transactions require a completed asset transfer form (Asset Transfer form).
